Shannon has had a wide variety of customer service positions over her career prior to joining Workman & Associates in 2012. Her duties are servicing retirement plans by helping plan participants with their retirement plan distributions, name changes, loans, etc. She enjoys helping answer the wide variety of questions participant’s often have about their accounts. Originally from Lafayette, she has resided in Cass County for over a decade, has two adult children, and is married to Larry Thurman. They live near Anoka.
