Tonya had experience in the life insurance industry for over 20 years prior to coming to Workman and Associates. She has been with us since 2001. As the office manager, Tonya oversees office procedures and works with clients whose last name starts with M-Z. She especially enjoys when clients leave the office with a better understanding of their investments than before they became clients. A lifelong resident of Cass County, she is married to Jeff Weaver, has two adult children, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild and resides in Royal Center.
In 1988, Dave Workman began building Workman & Associates by following the simple idea of “doing what is best for the client.” Since then, the business has built itself one client relationship at a time.
