Shannan Lea Fale holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and previously worked in customer service as a payroll coordinator before joining Workman and Associates in 2021. As the Front Office Administrator, she serves as the client’s first point of contact and plays an essential role in creating our welcoming office atmosphere.
Born in Fort Wayne and raised in Cass County, Shannan brings a strong local connection to our team. Shannan Lea is married to Brandon Fale where they reside in Anoka. They have five adult children, and three grandchildren.
In 1988, Dave Workman began building Workman & Associates by following the simple idea of “doing what is best for the client.” Since then, the business has built itself one client relationship at a time.
